Before you write

A few things that save everyone a round trip:

• Order status — the tracking page answers this instantly with your order number and email.
• Wrong or damaged item — photograph it before you write. We need the photo to raise it with the delivery partner, and the window for that is short.
• Delivery date changes — tell us as early as you can. Once a same-day item is with the local partner it usually can't be paused.

Response times

We answer during working hours, [ADD: e.g. Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm WAT]. Most messages get a reply the same working day. Anything raised over a weekend or public holiday is picked up the next working morning.
